CHICAGO Porsche Cars North America has placed creative and media duties on its $25 million advertising account into review with an eye toward consolidation, a company representative confirmed.
The rep said the move stemmed from the arrival in December of vp, marketing David Pryor and the company’s planned 2009 launch of its Panamera four-door sedan. He said the company was not displeased with the efforts of eight-year incumbent Carmichael Lynch.
Both Interpublic Group-owned Carmichael, which handles creative, and media buying agency Kastner & Partners in Los Angeles have been invited to defend.
