CHICAGO Lisa Seward, Fallon’s media director, is leaving after 10 years at the shop, though she will remain at the Minneapolis firm as it searches for a replacement.

Seward, 42, who joined Fallon in 1996, said she is leaving to start a consultancy. “There’s an appetite I have to play in the space between media and creative. Every marketer is looking to see how to make them play closer together,” she said. “There’s a huge amount of questioning in that new space, and if I didn’t take the leap now, the window would be closed.”
