CHICAGO Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett and Arc Worldwide said they are overhauling their management structures in an effort to streamline operations and work more closely together.

The initiative, in the works for at least a month, includes consolidating both brands under one P&L in the U.S. (the companies already operate that way overseas) and new or expanded assignments for several key executives.

Arc worldwide president Marc Landsberg will leave in early 2007. Arc’s U.S., Canadian and Mexican operations will report to Rich Stoddart and Juan Carlos Ortiz, who become co-presidents of North American operations.
