CHICAGO Omnicom Group’s DDB has nabbed two of the four outstanding commercial nominations from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

DDB’s two nominees are: “Clydesdale American Dream” from the agency’s Chicago office, which depicts a Clydesdale colt attempting to pull the Budweiser wagon, and “Concert” for Ameriquest. The latter spot from DDB in Los Angeles shows a father, who is taking his teenage daughter to a pop concert, mistaken for soliciting prostitution.

Also nominated is “Required Reading” from Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett in Chicago for Hallmark.
