NEW YORK WPP Group’s OgilvyOne has acquired business-to-business agency Leopard, which shares key clients such as IBM and SAP. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Leopard, which is based in Broomfield, Colo., and has more than 100 staffers, will become a unit of OgilvyOne North America without changing its name. Its founder and CEO, Sherri Leopard, will continue to lead the shop and report to Carla Hendra, North American president of OgilvyOne.

Founded in 1984, Leopard also works for Agilent Technologies, Motorola, Thomson Learning and PeopleSoft, among others.
