J. Brown Makes Senior Moves

BOSTON The J. Brown Agency said it has promoted Vince Weiner to the new post of executive vice president of business development, with responsibilities across the agency’s four offices in Stamford, Conn., Chicago, Dallas and Cincinnati.

Weiner was president of J. Brown’s Stamford office, where he is succeeded by Mike Scheiner and Susan Arditi, who were named managing directors.
