When Vanessa Harmatz Maniago left her fast-paced Manhattan agency job for maternity leave earlier this year, she was ready for a lifestyle overhaul. So in August, she and her family packed up and headed for Las Vegas.
“So many people living in New York think about leaving, but it’s hard to pull yourself away,” Maniago said.
Now, 32-year-old Maniago spends her days developing brand strategies at the independent agency R&R Partners as director of brand development.
