Vox Media, whose brands include the Verge, Eater and SB Nation, ups Trei Brundrett to chief operating officer, a role he’ll be originating for the organization. As COO, Brundrett will be responsible for overseeing Vox Media’s primary 2017 efforts–growing its digital video and native advertising operations.
Brundrett had previously been chief product officer at the organization, and was vp, products and technology, prior to that. During that time, he was in charge of the team developing Chorus, Vox Media’s publishing, advertising and community engagement platform.
