BOSTON High-end jewelry retailer Shreve, Crump & Low will hear presentations from three finalists in a review of its advertising account, according to Pile and Co., the consulting company overseeing the process.

Remaining in contention are Avrett Free Ginsberg of New York and two Boston shops: Connelly Partners and ISM. AFG is a unit of the Interpublic Group; the other shops are independently owned.

Out of contention are: Agency212 and M&C Saatchi, both in New York, and Wallwork Curry McKenna in Boston.
