Schwab's 'Talk to Chuck' Plays Chicago

CHICAGO Euro RSCG takes a casual tone for Charles Schwab & Co. in the shop’s first work for the company since winning the $100 million account last December.

Print, television, outdoor and online advertising, currently appearing in Chicago, Denver and Houston, encourages consumers to “Talk to Chuck.” Each ad asks a question about an investment topic. “There are 17,000 mutual funds out there,” reads one. “How about the seven that are right for me?”

The campaign launched with an open letter from the San Francisco-based financial firm’s founder Charles Schwab explaining the “Talk to Chuck” invitation.
