Arnold CEO Ed Eskandarian wanted to spice up his speech at the Boston agency’s year-end meeting. And in New England these days, nothing’s quite as spicy as the World Series trophy.

“I was trying to think of something to both inspire us for the coming year and celebrate [2004],” he says. The trophy was relatively easy to get—Eskandarian owns a small percentage of the Red Sox and is a good friend of team president and CEO Larry Lucchino.
