Boede + Partners Joins McCann Network

NEW YORK Boede + Partners, which produces integrated business-to-business communications for several high-tech companies, has been acquired by McCann WorldGroup, the latter agency said. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Located in Salt Lake City, B+P, with $10 million in revenue and 80 staffers, will now be known as McCann Erickson.

The 4-year-old shop’s client list includes Microsoft, also a McCann WorldGroup client, Unisys, Nokia, ClearOne and VeriSign.

McCann Erickson North America regional director Eric Keshin, who is based in the New York headquarters, said in a statement, “Among the reasons that Boede + Partners has become one of the fastest-growing technology agencies in the country is the quality of their channel marketing strategies and their superb delivery of integrated interactive technology messaging.
