“Who puts on a meaningful award show?” a faux-outraged Jon Stewart asked as he introduced his “boss,” MTV bigwig Judy McGrath, one of Glamour’s Women of the Year 2004, during a four-hanky ceremony on Monday night at Manhattan’s Museum of Natural History. “RuPaul would give Charo an award, we’d get a gift bag and go home,” Stewart joked. “No more tears!”
