SAN FRANCISCO Three weeks after saying it would use two ad agencies, Foster Farms has consolidated creative duties at WPP Group’s Young & Rubicam here.

On Oct. 7, the Livingston, Calif.-based client said Omnicom Group’s Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco and Y&R both won portions of its creative account after a months-long review process.

Goodby was the incumbent agency and held the account for a decade. Its ads featured two second-rate chickens trying various schemes to make people believe they were California-grown, Foster Farms birds.
