New York-based Time Inc. has appointed Faith Silverman Eastern advertising manager of Health. She will report to Jennifer Deans, the magazine’s vice president and publisher. Most recently, Silverman was beauty director at Fitness, a position she held since 2001. Before that, she was health manager at More magazine, where she was part of the launch team. Earlier in her career, she worked in advertising sales at Family Life. Silverman has a bachelor’s degree from the State University College at Oneonta, N.Y.
