Effective July 1, Ted Woehrle will become vp of marketing for North America at Procter & Gamble, the company said last week. In the new post, Woehrle, a 21-year P&G veteran who had been vp of e-business ventures, will oversee P&G’s media and market purchasing organizations and lead strategic development. Woehrle, 43, will report to global CMO Jim Stengel and group president, North America Rob Steele. In his previous post, Woehrle was in charge of Tremor, a “word-of-mouth” program that targets teenagers.
