Take a look at the latest issue of The New Yorker. Per AppAdvice, the cover was created with the app Procreate. Artist Jorge Colombo channeled that popular and very cheap application ($2.99 for iPhone, $5.99 for iPad) using a 12.9-inch iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil.
With regards to the Staten Island ferry motif, Colombo shared with The New Yorker some fun additional info about how that transitory location figures into his efforts:
“After I procrastinate at my desk all day, I need to get out to get work done; so I go to a café, or to the library, or… to the Staten Island ferry.”
