Katie Blair has joined Brothers & Co. as public relations account coordinator. Blair comes to the Tulsa, Okla., shop from Denver, where she held marketing and media posts at three firms. In addition, Brothers has hired Steven Surles as creative services manager. Surles previously worked as a production manager at Fair Isaac’s Tulsa office.
