BOSTON Publicis Groupe has reported a 32 percent gain in full-year 2003 global revenue to approximately $4.95 billion compared to the previous 12-month period.

Factoring out the absorption of Bcom3, organic growth for the year was 2 percent.

The company said it enjoyed an especially strong fourth quarter, as organic growth rose 5.2 percent to nearly $1.4 billion compared with the same period in 2002. The Paris-based holding company said its organic growth improved in each quarter as the year progressed.
