ATLANTA The two newest accounts on Rella:Cowan Advertising’s client roster are CMG Partners and The Raleigh News & Observer, the shop said.

The Durham, N.C., agency has developed a corporate identity awareness campaign for The Raleigh News & Observer that will target women ages 25-54, said partner and general manager Margaret Cowan. The “Life enriched” campaign includes billboards that are posted in Wake County and print messages in current issues of the newspaper. Radio ads also are airing on WNNL, WRAL and WQDR.
