The Point Group has expanded into Houston via the acquisition of The Boswell Group, a 25-year-old shop with 15 employees and an estimated $15 million in billings. Boswell will take the name of Dallas-based Point, which brings the two-office network to $60 million in billings. Point CEO David Kniffen will remain; Boswell president Don Boswell will serve on Point’s executive team until January 2005. Boswell’s clients include the Magnolia Creek golf course and American Retirement Corp.
