NEW YORK Lawrence J. Flink, 69, a longtime New York advertising executive, died of natural causes at his home in Mamaroneck, N.Y., this past Sunday.

Flink was president of The New Business Perspective, a consulting firm specializing in ad agency search services, contract negotiations and communications training for both advertisers and agencies.

Prior to forming his company, he held executive positions at a number of New York agencies. During his 16 years at Dancer-Fitzgerald-Sample (now Saatchi & Saatchi) beginning in 1965, he served as executive vice president, chairman of international operations and director of worldwide business development.
