Frankel Hires Miller, Promotes Monahan

Frankel has added Brett Miller as a vice president, account director on McDonald’s. The Chicago-based promotions agency has also promoted Nina Monahan to vice president, account director responsible for acquisition, conversion and growth of new business. Miller was most recently vice president of strategy and business development at DraftWorldwide in Chicago. In that position, he led the agency’s Winston Experimental Nightlife program and worked on new business leads, proposals and pitches. His brand experience includes Coca-Cola Classic, Sprite, Motorola and Marlboro at agencies such as Upshot, Design Kitchen and Leo Burnett, all in Chicago.
