Integrated marketing agency Eleven has hired Deborah Ibsen as director of client services and Kelly Johnson and Karen Cavanagh as account directors. Ibsen was previously director of global advertising for 3Com, and was responsible for the integrated launch of the company’s first Internet appliance, “Audrey.” At Eleven, she will oversee all of the San Francisco shop’s accounts, including Kodak, Microsoft, Barclays Global Investors, Ameristar Casinos, Williams-Sonoma and Hyperion. Johnson previously ran the Atlanta office of Studio Archetype and became global disciplines lead at Sapient when the two agencies merged.
