Kurt Ritter, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi’s Toyota flagship office in Torrance, Calif., for only a month, left last week to start a consultancy called Against All Odds. The firm will work on the car maker’s corporate and division marketing strategies. Ritter’s move follows a public rift between Publicis and General Motors over the shop’s hiring of the former GM exec. Ritter declined comment on his exit from GM and Saatchi.
