LOS ANGELES Mickey Marks, New York and San Francisco president of Omnicom media network PHD, is resigning at the end of July, the agency said.

“Since the formation of PHD USA last year, Mickey has been the consummate team player,” said Steve Grubbs, CEO of PHD North America, in a statement. “Notwithstanding, this is a decision he has been contemplating for awhile. We will miss Mickey and wish him well in his future endeavors.”

Marks’ position will not be filled, and his duties will be transferred to other members of PHD’s management team, including Grubbs and PHD CEO David Pattison.
