BOSTON A billboard of screen legend Elizabeth Taylor is one element of Winstanley Associates’ ongoing campaign to entice tourists to the greater Manchester, Vt., area.
The tongue-in-cheek headlne, referring to the star’s many marriages: “Divorce yourself from the everyday.”
The six-figure effort, Destination Vermont, is in its second year, and was launched by local arts organizations and business people in an effort to portray the region as a thriving cultural destination.
