Ackerman McQueen of Oklahoma City has hired Doug Sweeny as senior vice president, managing director of its San Francisco office. Prior to joining Ackerman, Sweeny was an account director at Publicis & Hal Riney Advertising, also in San Francisco. Ackerman has also added Maureen Layag, Jennifer Correa and Chung-Hao Shih. Layag, Correa and Shih will work as the LeapFrog group media director, an account supervisor and Asia account director, respectively.
