CHICAGO World Kitchen Inc. awarded advertising duties for its flagship Corningware account to Carmichael Lynch, agency executives said.

Last June, Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, won the ad account of WKI’s Chicago Cutlery brand following a review in which crosstown shop Martin/Williams landed the company’s Corelle brand. The Corningware account had been with Pedone & Partners in New York since 1988.

Elmira, N.Y.-based WKI (formerly Corning Consumer Products) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last May to restructure $812 million in debt.
