Crystal Cruises said it has hired M&C Saatchi to handle its advertising and global branding account after a review. The Los Angeles-based cruise line spends about $7 million annually on ads, according to CMR. It had most recently used Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, which did not participate in the review, sources said. The review included three other undisclosed shops, sources said.
