CHICAGO — The St. Paul Companies has reassigned its ad account to Fallon following an informal review, the agency said.

Spending on the account, formerly at Campell Mithun in Minneapolis, has varied in the last couple years. The St. Paul, Minn., company spent an estimated $35 million in 2000 but under $10 million last year, and less than $5 million through July this year, according to CMR. St. Paul owns Nuveen Investments, also a Fallon client.
