NEW YORK – Kang & Lee Advertising, a New York shop specializing in reaching Asian Americans, has promoted four.
Larry Moskowitz, who had been director of strategic services, was named vice president of strategic services/new business. In announcing the promotion, new business evp Saul Gitlin cited Moskovitz’s role in landing work for Census 2000 and AT&T’s multilingual Web site.
Valentin Polyakov and Julia Chen, both formerly senior media planners were elevated to media supervisors. Daphne Huang was promoted to account executive.
