(Press Release) Bath, Banes, United Kingdom, November 3, 2010 — Future, the special-interest media group, today announces a new partnership with Motörhead Music/UDR and EMI Label Services to publish Classic Rock Presents: Motörhead – a one-off special bringing the legendary rock band’s new album The Wörld is Yours to the UK a month before its standard release.

On the back of Motörhead’s UK tour, the Classic Rock Presents: Motörhead fanpack hits newsstands on Tuesday, 14th December, with a cover price of £14.99. The collectors’ “fanpack” is headlined by The Wörld is Yours album and also includes an exclusive 132-page Classic Rock magazine, dedicated to the band—featuring exclusive interviews and a complete overview of their incredible 35-year career. The collector’s package is rounded off with exclusive Motörhead merchandise, including a pin badge and poster.

Classic Rock Presents: Motörhead will be made available through Future’s extensive UK magazine distribution network, totalling almost 4000 retail outlets including high street, independents, supermarkets and online retailers. Following its exclusive four-week period with Classic Rock, the standard CD release of The Wörld is Yours will go on-sale from Monday, 17th January on the band’s own label, Motörhead Music.

The ten-track studio album was written and performed by Motörhead – Lemmy Kilmister, Philip Campbell and Mikkey Dee in both Los Angeles and Wales, with production from Cameron Webb.

The Motörhead special follows on from the success of Future’s Classic Rock Presents: Slash fanpack – devoted to the guitarist’s debut solo album, which sold 30,000 copies on the newsstand, before the standard album release went top 10 in the UK album chart.
