Lowe chief creative officer Gary Goldsmith has hired Nick Felder, a former senior pro ducer at Cliff Freeman and Partners, to steer the New York shop’s 46-person broadcast-production unit. Gold-smith has also recruited Deutsch’s Vivian Cun ning ham to manage creative services.

Felder, known for his work on Budget Rent a Car and Fox Sports, left Cliff Freeman in 2000 after four years. Since then, he has run his own venture, Alt Spec, a provider of product sourcebooks for architects and designers.

At Interpublic Group’s Lowe, Felder starts this week as evp, director of broadcast production.
