John Nohe will be expected to use his 20 years of advertising experience to oversee all accounts at Barkley Evergreen & Partners, where this week he takes over as client services director.

“I see him as a re-source for our team leaders,” said Bryan Brooker, who last month became the Kansas City, Mo., agency’s CEO. “He’ll be the only person in the department who doesn’t have a single account.”

Nohe, who will report to Brooker, previously was chief strategic officer working on new business for crosstown shop Bernstein-Rein.
