Harris Drury Cohen in Fort Lau-derdale, Fla., successfully defended the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau’s $2.5 million account against crosstown rivals Cinwin Advertising and Kelley Swofford Roy. HDC has held the business for nine years.

In the pitch, HDC partner Stan Harris cited hotel occupancy numbers reported by the state show that GFL’s tourist business has been ahead of Florida’s and nearby Dade and Palm Beach Counties every month since Sept.
