Prime Brings AT&T Charges to Justice Department

BOSTON—Prime Communications has asked the De partment of Justice to investigate allegations it first brought against AT&T Broadband in a lawsuit in November. The Wakefield, Mass., advertising and media shop’s $20 million lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Boston, alleged unfair business practices and monopolization. It asserted that AT&T re jected paid adver tising that Prime had attempted to place for clients on AT&T cable stations because the shop refused to sell AT&T its PrimeIQ Web-based management software.
