Earthlink Awards Account to LB Works

CHICAGO — Earthlink has awarded its $40-50 million advertising account to LB Works, a division of Leo Burnett, according to an agency representative.

The Atlanta-based Internet services providers awarded the account to the Leo Burnett division over finalists D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in New York and Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami and Los Angeles. Incumbent TBWA\Chiat\Day in Playa del Rey, Calif., was eliminated earlier in the review.
