Velocity Touts Night-Owl City Bus

Velocity Advertising has added a creative assignment from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, crafting a campaign for the MBTA’s Night Owl bus service.

Ads from the Boston agency are designed to inform subway and bus riders about Night Owl, the metropolitan area’s first off-hours transportation service in more than 40 years. Night Owl buses follow regular subway and bus routes on Friday and Saturday nights, running every half-hour be tween 1 and 2:30 a.m.

The service launched in September, but many potential riders have been uncertain or unaware of the routes, stops and times.
