To prepare its people for a move into new digs in Las Vegas next month, the brass at R&R Partners divided the 135-person staff into seven “mini agencies.” Each was issued an RFP asking for ideas for a grand-opening gala. The payoff: a day off for the winners, plus bragging rights.
R&R vp of brand services Dale Erquiaga said the assignment was initially meant to be an “internal morale-builder [that] gives everyone in the company a sense of ownership in the new building.”
