Digitas has expanded its work with Swedish automaker Saab, adding overseas relationship marketing chores to the domestic duties it has handled for more than a year. The additional work, estimated in the $10 million range, will be handled by Digitas’ London office. Saab is a unit of General Motors, which works with Digitas’ Boston headquarters on direct and interactive assignments for brands including Oldsmobile, Pontiac and GM corporate.
