Supermarket chain Stop & Shop has parted with Arnold after 20 years and has retained Pile and Co. to manage a review of its broadcast advertising account.
The 300-store chain, which maintains locations in New England, New York and New Jersey, spent $7 million last year, per Competitive Media Reporting.
“In today’s competitive retail environment, we decided to explore different options for agency representative,” said Stop & Shop vp/marketing Steve Smith in a statement.
