Looking to burnish its national profile and compete for larger accounts, Carmichael Lynch has put agency veteran Roman Paluta in a new post: chief marketing officer.

“We’re playing on a bigger level, and we want to capitalize on that,” said John Colasanti, president of the Minneapolis agency.

Paluta, previously director of account management at the agency, will take over many of the shop’s new business duties and work to elevate CL’s profile among consultants and prospective clients.

“We’re going to take a more aggressive stance than we have in the past,” Paluta said.
