CHICAGO-Sean Bisceglia is leaving as chief executive of Leo Burnett Technology Group as part of a reorganization of the high-technology business-to-business unit.

Bisceglia founded the agency in 1991 as Total Focus Approach, which became TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group after Burnet bought it in 1998 and recently dropped the TFA.

Jeff Jones, a Burnett hand from 1990-96 and most recently director of brand management at MarchFirst in Chicago, will rejoin Burnett as a senior vice president in charge of the technology group.
