Media management firm Empower MediaMarketing has spawned a cyberchild.
The offspring online marketing agency is called Keen Eyes, and is headquartered in San Diego, where Empower’s West Coast operations are based. It begins life with an estimated $16 million in capitalized billings from a variety of e-commerce and dot.com clients. On the roster are business Web site developer Webforia; AamesFunding.com; Sam Goody.com; and Escrow.com, among other companies; plus agency clients Wise Guys, Pasadena, Calif.; Harris & Love, Salt Lake City; and DNA Brand Mechanics, Seattle, and its parent, EMM.
Managing director of the new agency is Mickele Hughes, previously marketing director for Cincinnati-based Empower’s Southern California operations.
