Moffatt/Rosenthal Advertising in Portland, Ore., has launched a stand-alone unit called Point Media.
The unit was established as a way to generate additional revenue for the 7-year-old agency by finding clients who handle their creative advertising in-house and small creative shops with no media planning and buying capabilities.
“We’re seeing more and more companies unbundling their media planning and buying from their other advertising services,” said Katie Walther, who heads the unit while retaining her duties as media director of Moffatt/Rosenthal.
