As part of its ongoing mission to build a global network, Weber Public Relations Worldwide has acquired Ryan McGinn, a public affairs and crisis communications agency in Arlington, Va.
Dan McGinn will continue to serve as president of the shop he co-founded 11 years ago. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Renamed Weber/Ryan McGinn, the 40-person agency provides government, community and media relations as well as litigation support and lobbying services to clients such as General Motors, Texaco and the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority.
