Creating the backbone of what they hope is a future national agency network, the principals of Dallas-based agency Larkin, Meeder & Schweidel have merged operations with Marc Advertising, headquartered in Pittsburgh.
The combined limited partnership creates a $250-275 million, six-office network that will maintain all principals and leave its current client arrangements unaffected. Larkin offices in Dallas, Tulsa, Okla., and Orlando, Fla., have been redubbed LMS/Marc Advertising.
Marc offices in Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and its Miami unit, operating as Evens & Fitzgerald, will retain their names.
