NEW YORK-Carter-Wallace has consolidated its consumer products account at Bates USA here, awarding the shop an additional $10 million or so in billings. Bates, which handles the Arrid and Trojan accounts, picks up ad responsibilities for the Pearl Drops, Nair and First Response brands, previously at Avrett, Free & Ginsberg here. Zenith Media USA in New York handles buying.
