With the departure of Dan Drackett, Drackett & Lavidge/Scottsdale has upped Mark Hiegel to partner and ceo. Mike Baumayr, formerly creative director at Dynjan & Baumayr/Phoenix, has joined the agency as vp/creative director. The shop will be renamed Lavidge/Hiegel Advertising later this year.
